HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  • Admission to the event requires the purchase of a ticket. The ticket has been introduced to support the event and we have managed to keep it as inexpensive as possible with reduced prices and discounts.

  • All spectators are invited to support the buskers, who receive no cachet, by placing offerings in their hats.

  • The ticket gives free access to the workshops and exhibitions within the Festival area which, depending on capacity, will only be available subject to booking.

  • Accommodation and meals are provided for invited artists, but not for accredited artists. There is a selection process for both categories.

  • The Buskers Oasis in Parco Massari and the FOOD AREA will have stalls selling drinks and high-quality food.

  • The Festival, in collaboration with Hera, offers free chilled and potable water at tap-water fountains.

    ABOUT CHILDREN

  • All performances are suitable for children.

  • For special requirements please contact info@ferrarabuskers.com. ABOUT PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

People with disabilities can easily participate as all areas are accessible and barrier-free. Accompanying persons are admitted free of charge.

ABOUT PETS

Dogs are allowed at the festival, but please note that some noise levels may be harmful to their hearing. Thus, for safety reasons we ask that dogs are kept on a lead.
DOPOFESTIVAL (AFTER-PARTY)

  • It is not allowed to bring your own drinks into the Dopofestival area.

  • Food and drinks will be available at the Dopofestival stalls.

  • Out of respect for the park and the city, we ask all participants not to leave cigarette butts on

the ground and to use the ecological islands for recycling.

  • Animals are not allowed in the Massari Park due to internal regulations of the park itself,

and therefore regardless of our will. IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER

As a unique and limited event with a specific experience, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the event if weather conditions do not allow it to run smoothly, but if the weather is not too bad, the organisers will try to hold the event anyway. These measures are designed to protect the rights of the public without compromising overall economic sustainability.

VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY AT PUBLIC EVENTS

During the performances, the organisation reserves the right to take videos and photos of the public both by its own staff and by third parties (newspapers, bloggers, and influencers), in compliance with Law 633/41, Art. 97.
The consent of the person portrayed is not required when the reproduction of the image is justified by notoriety or public office covered, by the necessity of justice or police, by scientific, educational or cultural purposes, or when the reproduction is related to facts, events, ceremonies of public interest or held in public. The portrait may not, however, be exhibited or put on the market if the exhibition or putting on the market would be detrimental to the honour, reputation or even decorum of the person portrayed.
