HOW TO PARTICIPATE

- Admission to the event is conditional on the purchase of a ticket. The ticket was introduced to support the event and we have managed to keep it as cheap as possible, with reduced rates and reductions.
- Every spectator is invited to support the buskers, who receive no cachet, with offerings in their hats.
- The admission ticket allows free access to the workshops, workshops and exhibitions within the area, which, depending on capacity, only require booking while places last.
- Invited artists are covered for board and lodging, accredited artists are not. Selection is for both categories.
- The Buskerhouse is at the Parco Massari for aperitifs and cocktails as is the Food Area where stands will be available for the purchase of drinks and quality food

CHILDREN

- All shows are suitable for children
- For special needs write to us at info@ferrarabuskers.com

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

People with disabilities can participate without any problems as all areas are accessible and barrier-free.
Accompanying persons are entitled to free admission upon confirmation by email to biglietti@ferrarabuskers.org.

ANIMALS

Dogs are allowed at the Festival, but we would like to remind you that some of the volumes may disturb the animal's hearing. For safety reasons we ask that dogs be kept on a leash. The use of a muzzle is recommended but not compulsory.

AFTERPARTY

- At the Afterparty (Parco Massari from 24.00 to 04.00, music until 02.00) you are not allowed to bring your own drinks.
- The Dopofestival location will have stands available for the purchase of drinks and food.
- Out of respect for the Park and the city we ask all participants not to leave cigarette butts on the ground and to use the ecological islands for recycling.
- Priority admission for Festival ticket holders and subject to availability. From 01.00 a.m. free admission subject to availability.

IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER

As a unique and limited event with a specific experience, if weather conditions do not allow the event to run smoothly, the organisers reserve the right to cancel it, but in the event of not too much bad weather, the organisers will try to hold it anyway. These measures are intended to protect the rights of the public without jeopardising overall economic sustainability.
